We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Assosiate to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, and closing property sales while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Explain property details to clients
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain client and sales records
- Presenting and selling skills required
