Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive with 3–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Create and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support business operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
