Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Loan Sales Telecaller to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain loan products, features, eligibility, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Loan Against Property.
- Follow up with interested customers until loan application submission.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or loan sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is an advantage.
