* key responsibilities*
- Conduct detailed assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child’s specific needs
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
- Monitor and document patient progress regularly
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and special educators
- Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home-based strategies and exercises
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and training programs
