Role Objective
To assist technicians and engineers in CCTV installation and service work while learning practical skills and developing into a skilled technician.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in CCTV camera installation (IP & Analog)
· Support cabling work (CAT6 wiring, basic routing)
· Help in mounting cameras and fixing equipment
· Assist in handling tools and materials at site
· Support NVR/DVR installation setup
· Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance work
· Travel to customer locations with team
· Maintain cleanliness and discipline at work sites
Required Skills
· Basic interest in electrical / technical work
· Willingness to learn CCTV and smart systems
· Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
· Physically fit for field work
· Positive attitude and discipline
Experience & Qualification
· Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
· No prior experience required
· ITI / Technical background is a plus (not mandatory)
· Candidates with basic education and interest in technical field are welcome

Job Nature (Field Role)
· This is a field-based role (not office work)
· Daily travel to different customer sites
· Outdoor and on-site working conditions
· Physical work involved (carrying materials, ladder work, wiring support)
· Flexible working hours based on project work
2 & 4 Wheeler License Preferred
