Experience
1–3 years in an SAP S/4HANA or related SAP ERP support role
SAP End-users with Good Business Process knowledge May also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day L1 support to SAP end users across FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Assist users in resolving SAP-related issues and guide them through standard business processes.
- Identify and escalate L2/L3 issues to the AMS support partner and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth SAP operations with minimal business disruption.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and process learnings for future reference.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SAP modules:
- SAP FI (Finance)
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- Awareness of integration between different SAP modules and business processes.
- Good communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced SAP environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Understanding of ticketing/support processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry support environment will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
