Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Creating new product concepts, 2D/3D CAD models, and detailed engineering plans.
- Detail design and 3D model creation, manufacturing drawings preparation for new products. Maintaining design data and files as per industry standards.
- Maintain change and revision records for new product design.
- Carry out necessary engineering calculations for design evaluation.
- Sizing calculations for mechanical component selection.
- Building physical/virtual prototypes and testing for performance, safety, and compliance.
- Investigating new technologies, materials, and competitor products to drive innovation.
- Preparing technical specifications, test reports, and design documentation.
- Troubleshooting and improving existing products to increase efficiency or reduce costs.
