System Analyst
We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient System Analyst to support the implementation and coordination of IT systems.the project requires a dedicated resource to ensure effective coordination, timely completion of deliverables, and smooth integration between various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Remedinet, Eagle Software Limited, TNEGA, TNHSP, UIIC and other stakeholders for IT-related activities.
- Monitor the performance and progress of the Claim Processing Platform and Enrolment Platform.
- Monitor claims data integration and submission .
- Coordinate online enrolment and duplicate verification activities with TNEGA and Eagle Software.
- Identify system, data, integration and coordination-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker of deliverables, timelines, pending issues and action points.
- Follow up with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of system enhancements and deliverables.
- Escalate critical issues and delays to the appropriate management team.
- Prepare periodic status reports on IT activities, pending deliverables and project progress.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with NHA and TNHSP data and system requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Applications, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in system analysis, IT project coordination, data management or healthcare IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, data management and system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong skills in monitoring deliverables, tracking timelines and resolving inter-agency issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
