About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Technical Project Manager to lead technology-driven projects in the Power & Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing software implementation, digital transformation, or automation projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of technical projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolutions.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables before production deployment.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, industry regulations, and quality processes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SDLC and software implementation lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of Power Distribution, Transmission, Smart Grid, SCADA, GIS, AMI, Metering, or Utility Operations.
- Experience working on utility digital transformation or power sector IT projects.
- Familiarity with ERP, Asset Management Systems, Energy Management Systems (EMS), or Utility Billing solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and system integrations will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline).
- MBA/PGDM in Project Management or Operations is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management.
- Prior experience in the Power, Energy, Utilities, EPC, or Infrastructure domain is highly preferred.
- Experience handling client-facing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹550,793.26 - ₹1,066,185.50 per year
