Basic requirement
Education : Minimum-Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
Experience : Work Experience of around 2-3 years in Quality Department. (Preferably in Sheet Metal industry)
CTC : Up to Rs. 30,000/- per month purely based on the merit of the candidate
Place : Manufacturing unit at Asoj, Vadodara Halol Expressway, Gujarat
(Opposite Decent Hotel)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours : 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Leaves : as per Factory Acts
Other Professional Requirements & Traits
- Should have good communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in Computer application is mandatory with experience of Microsoft (MS) Office applications like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Honest & Hard working
- Stability with Minimum fluctuation record in Employment.
Job Responsibilities
- Reading and understanding of Product Drawings
- checking Dimensional inspection of Fabricated parts
- Preparation of Reports of Inspection at various stages including inward Material..
- Knowledge of Welding Process and Welding Defects
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis of the Problem
- Knowledge of Pre treatment/Powder Coating Process & related defects & Inspection of Paint/Powder Coating
- Experience of PDI inspection by client
- Maintenance of Quality related Records.
- Knowledge of Inspection instruments
- Updating ISO documentation
