About the Role
Ad2Ship is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with our D2C clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key D2C seller accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle client onboarding and provide ongoing account support.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and support, to resolve client queries and escalations.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase shipment volume and revenue.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Prepare account reports and provide insights to improve client performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in a logistics aggregator, courier, shipping, eCommerce, SaaS, or D2C company is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
