Position Overview
Aqua J1 Technologies is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to manage showroom sales activities and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role involves handling walk-in customers, understanding customer requirements, providing product demonstrations, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining a professional showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling & Sales Support
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, specifications, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Generate and maintain customer inquiry records.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team Lead and other sales team members for closures and follow-ups.
Showroom Operations
- Ensure the showroom is maintained in a professional and presentable manner.
- Monitor product displays and maintain showroom standards.
- Assist customers throughout their buying journey.
- Coordinate product availability and customer requirements with the concerned departments.
- Support promotional activities and showroom events.
Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain customer databases and inquiry records.
- Update CRM and sales records accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track customer follow-ups and pending inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.
- Support post-sales activities and customer relationship management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Showroom Sales, Retail Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Front Office, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Retail, Automobile Showrooms, Telecom, Insurance, Banking, or similar customer-facing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
