The Role: Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager in Chennai. This is a field-intensive sales position responsible for driving the entire customer journey from site visit to final booking. The core function is to meet with potential customers, conduct site visits, provide expert education on projects and locations, guide them through comparisons and decision-making, and ensure successful deal closure through disciplined and timely follow-ups.
Success in this role demands strong customer handling, exceptional communication skills, and proven closing ability.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, thoroughly understand their property requirements, and present tailored project details.
- Provide comprehensive education on location advantages, connectivity, and developer reputation/credibility.
- Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule, support negotiation processes, and secure bookings/closures.
- Ensure daily updates to the CRM system to maintain accuracy and discipline in the sales pipeline.
- Deliver a consistently professional and high-quality customer experience to foster long-term relationships.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Site Visit Execution: Number of customer meetings and site visits completed against planned targets.
- Conversion Rates:
- Lead-to-Site Visit conversion percentage.
- Site Visit-to-Booking conversion percentage.
- Sales Achievement: Total number and value of bookings secured.
- Follow-up Discipline: Timeliness and consistency of follow-ups post-site visit (Turnaround Time - TAT).
