About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on US Accounting professional with strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and QuickBooks. The ideal candidate should have direct exposure to US accounting processes and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct Credit Card Reconciliations and expense verification.
- Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss Statements (P&L).
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and internal controls.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external resources.
- Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Experience handling AR, AP, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
- Solid understanding of Profit & Loss Statements, General Ledger, and Bookkeeping.
- Experience with US clients or US-based accounting operations is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
