Job Summary
CAD Desk is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Leader (Civil) to lead our Civil Engineering training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on software expertise, and the ability to mentor students while supporting academic and technical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training in Civil Engineering software.
- Guide students on real-world projects and industry practices.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical sessions.
- Provide technical support to students and faculty.
- Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with the management team to improve training quality.

- Civil 3D
- Primavera P6 (Preferred)
- MS Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Civil Engineering, training, or related technical roles.
- Freshers with exceptional software skills and teaching ability may also apply.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage classroom sessions and technical workshops.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
