Key Responsibilities:
- Search, track, and monitor government/private tenders (landscaping & civil)
- Prepare and submit tender documents online/offline
- Maintain tender records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotations and compliance
- Ensure timely submission of bids and follow-ups
- Handle routine office correspondence and communication
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Knowledge of MS Office and online tender portals
- Experience in GeM, e-procurement, and tender handling preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
