We are looking for a Textile & Fibre Engineer to manage and improve the manufacturing of nonwoven scouring pads and other household cleaning products. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality, process improvement, raw material evaluation, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the production of nonwoven scouring pads.
- Monitor fibre blending, web formation, bonding, and finishing processes.
- Ensure product quality as per company standards.
- Reduce production wastage and improve machine efficiency.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance for smooth machine operation.
- Prepare daily production and quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing procedures.
- Assist in developing new household cleaning products
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
