Role Title: CyberArk Operations Engineer
Location: Offshore (India)

Role Overview
The CyberArk Operations Engineer is responsible for operational support of the CyberArk PAM platform, focusing on privileged account lifecycle management, platform stability, and secure access operations. In addition to BAU operations, the role will support platform enhancements, CyberArk EPM policy implementation, and minor engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for CyberArk PAM.
- Manage privileged account onboarding, safes, and policy configurations.
- Troubleshoot CPM password rotation and privileged access-related issues.
- Support PVWA administration and user access management.
- Provide operational support for PSM and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
- Execute standardized (SOP-based) onboarding of platforms and privileged accounts.
- Perform minor PAM enhancements and configuration updates.
- Design, implement, and optimize CyberArk EPM policies for application privilege elevation and endpoint privilege management.
- Support onboarding of new applications, platforms, and privileged account use cases beyond standard operational activities.
- Assist with CyberArk upgrades, feature enablement, policy enhancements, and continuous platform improvements.
- Support secrets-related operational issues, including:
- Client secret rotation failures
- SSL certificate propagation issues
- Investigate incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate with application teams.
- Maintain PAM operational documentation and SOPs.
- Able to work in a 24×7 support model.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM (operations-focused).
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), including:
- Local administrator rights management
- Application privilege elevation
- Application control policies
- Endpoint security governance
- Experience implementing or enhancing CyberArk EPM policies in enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of privileged access security and least privilege concepts.
- Experience supporting PAM platforms in production environments.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Basic PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge is desirable.
Added Advantage
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID from a support or administration perspective.
- Exposure to secrets management or certificate lifecycle concepts.
- Linux basics and log analysis experience.
- Experience with CyberArk platform upgrades or implementation projects.
