We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Compliance Executive to support the financial, legal, and regulatory functions of our real estate business. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, maintaining property inventory records, coordinating client payment collections, ensuring RERA compliance, and assisting with drafting and review of legal agreements. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Record and reconcile all real-time accounting transactions.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and client payment schedules.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external professionals for statutory compliance.
Property Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive property stock sheets and inventory records for all projects.
- Track unit availability, bookings, sales status, and inventory movements.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management of project-related files and client documents.
Client Coordination & Collections
- Follow up with clients for pending payments, installments, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain records of payment schedules, dues, and collection status.
- Legal Documentation & Agreements
- Draft, review, and coordinate execution of sale agreements, allotment letters, MOU's, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Monitor and ensure compliance with RERA, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with RERA consultants for project registrations, quarterly updates, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain compliance records, approvals, licenses, and statutory documentation.
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Liaise with architects, consultants, legal advisors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Support management with project-related documentation, compliance tracking, and operational reporting.
- Assist in implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or property development sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial record management
- Understanding of RERA regulations, real estate documentation, and compliance processes.
- Experience in agreement drafting, document review, and coordination with legal consultants.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and documentation management systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
