iStore Digital is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in the mobile technician field and strong knowledge of smartphones and accessories are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Recommend mobiles, gadgets, and accessories based on customer requirements
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Stay updated with the latest smartphones and technology trends
- Handle customer queries and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain store display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Experience in the mobile technician field is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and basic repairs
- Ability to confidently interact with customers and close sales
