Job description
1. Meeting delivery schedule based on requirements.
2. Reviewing daily production plan.
3. Analysing the scrap generation and acting to reduce in process.
4. Manpower planning and control.
5. Responsible for maximum utilisation of machines.
6. Responsible for maintaining mould efficiency & improvements.
7. Review daily / monthly MIS Report.
8. Responsible for conduction new mould trails and given inputs for improvements.
9. Responsible to develop alternate Plastic raw material.
10. Maintaining the system and documents as per requirements.
11. Long-time forecasting – capacity plan.
12. Root cause analysis (Why – Why analysis) for each defects / breakdown.
13. Maintaining Operator, Technician and Engineer Training.
14. Maintain smooth conduct in production floor.
Mandate Points: PPC experience is a must, Raw material knowledge, Cost saving experience, Manpower Utilization, Automation Moulding experience, Experience in Moulds. Types of Moulds Exposure. Knowledge on properties & application. Experience in hot runner, multi cavity Moulds, All electric injection moulding machines.
