Support H2R operations with a focus on Employee Data Management (EDM), ensuring accurate HR transactions, SLA adherence, and a seamless employee experience using HR systems.

Manage EDM in Workday & ServiceNow

Process HR cases within SLAs

Handle HR admin requests and ensure data accuracy

Prepare governance reports and MIS

Conduct trainings and quality audits

Support process improvements and BAU activities

Resolve employee queries with a customer-focused approach

4years–5 years in H2R / Employee Lifecycle as SME
-
2years–3 years in EDM as SME
-
Graduate in any discipline
-
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
-
Preferred to have Middle East / Africa experience.

Knowledge of H2R and HR operations
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP or HCM tools
-
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
