Key Responsibilities: Business Development
- Identify and acquire new overseas and domestic recruitment clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Build long-term relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Teams, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings (online and offline) and present recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain regular communication and provide recruitment progress updates.
- Understand client manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely sourcing and candidate submissions.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
- Track interview schedules, offer rollouts, mobilization, and onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment quality, candidate suitability, and service excellence.
- Follow up with clients after placements to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
Account Management
- Develop key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Increase revenue from existing clients through cross-selling and additional hiring requirements.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and client documentation.
- Prepare weekly business development and recruitment performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in business development within a recruitment consultancy or staffing company.
- Proven experience acquiring overseas recruitment clients is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, manpower mobilization, and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in GCC, Middle East, Europe, or international recruitment.
- Existing network of HR managers, EPC companies, Oil & Gas firms, construction companies, or manufacturing organizations.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment regulations and mobilization processes.
- Experience handling key accounts and large-volume recruitment projects.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
