About the Company
Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC is a UAE-based steel construction company specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), structural steel fabrication, warehouse construction, and turnkey industrial projects across the UAE.
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator / Sales Support professional to join our back-office team in Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the UAE sales team for day-to-day sales activities and client follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
- Maintain client databases, inquiries, and project records
- Support the estimation and engineering team with documentation requirements
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and project updates
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales correspondence
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the UAE office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in sales coordination or back-office support preferred
- Knowledge of construction or steel industry will be an added advantage
