Aquascape Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has an exciting new opportunity within a long-established manufacturing organization using a variety of Machining and Fabrication processes to manufacture their products from our modern purpose-built facility located in Ahmedabad, GUJARAT.
We supply components into the Aerospace industry, and have a vision to develop these and wider markets making the working environment fascinating and challenging.
A requirement has now arisen for an experienced TURNED MILL Setter/Operator to join the Company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong background in programming complex details in hard and soft metals.
- Experience of working multiple machines like VMC, Turn mill & Turning Centre preferred.
- At least 2 – 3 years experience of CNC offline programming with NX CAM.
- Reading 2/3D engineering drawings.
- Self-inspection of parts produced, resolving Non-Conformance (NCR) issues.
- Experienced use of standard measuring systems and methodologies.
Qualifications
- The Ideal candidate will have an academic in Mechanical Engineering.
- Requires time served on programming TURNED MILL machine (DMG MORI) , MACHINE MODEL No. - NLX2000/5000 Y with CELOS CONTROLLER.
Skills
- Industry experience - Aerospace (ideal), Nuclear, Medical or Automotive (high end), Motorsport: all with high tolerances +/-0.01mm.
- Flexible and forward thinker with a 'can do' attitude.
