Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Architectural Glazing Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of PEB and glazing projects.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise fabrication, material procurement, site execution, and installation activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.
- Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, billing, and subcontractor performance.
- Conduct site inspections, progress review meetings, and client coordination meetings.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues during construction.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and quality management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in PEB structures and façade/glazing projects.
- Proven experience in managing industrial, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Strong understanding of steel structures, roofing systems, cladding, curtain walls, ACP cladding, structural glazing, spider glazing, aluminium doors and windows, skylights, and façades.
- Ability to review structural and architectural drawings and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
- Excellent project planning, leadership, and client management skills.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- MS Project or Primavera P6
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, planning, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience in QA/QC procedures and HSE compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
