Key Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with a strong foundation in software testing principles and methodologies
- Proficient in Python for test automation, debugging, and data analysis using existing frameworks and libraries
- Experience testing consumer products in lab environment
- Skilled in test execution, failure analysis, defect reporting, and regression validation for consumer hardware/software products
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Skill Requirements
Engineer responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and execute tests to validate Hardware/Software for Thermal Control Systems on Apple products.
- Analyze automation test results for failures, identifying issue trends, and quantifying impact.
- Execute Manual tests and analyze test results.
- Isolate and report defects effectively quantifying customer impact, and verify fixes through regression testing and other test methodologies.
- Maintain existing automation framework and develop new automated test cases.
- Work closely and collaborate with cross functional team members.
