About the Role
Derrick Jones Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our HR team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Publish job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and day-to-day HR administration.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment updates, and MIS reports.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
Required Skills

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and administrative skills.

Eligibility
- MBA in Human Resources .
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Executive, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
