Role Review :
OGS India is seeking a Travel & Expense Analyst experience in expense audit and expense management and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a great fit if you have a strong flair of employee audit management skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Review and audit employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Validate itemized receipts and supporting documentation for adherence to company and client policies

Ensure correct expense categorization (billable vs. non-billable)

Identify and investigate discrepancies such as:

Missing or incomplete documentation
-
Incorrect coding
-
Policy violations
-
Communicate with employees to request clarification, additional documentation, and resolve issues

Clearly explain adjustments, discrepancies, and policy requirements to stakeholders

Document and escalate non-compliant expenses, maintaining proper audit trails

Route expense reports through appropriate approval workflows

Maintain organized records in designated systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar tools)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in AP/Expense Reimbursement Operations (mandatory).

Having prior experience into T/E audit processes is (Preferred)

Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools

Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities

Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment

Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
