Follow up with customers regarding payments, process updates, and service requirements. Maintain accurate records of calls and update data in the CRM system. Achieve daily performance and calling targets. Adhere to quality and compliance standards established by the company. Language Requirements (Mandatory) Kannada Speaking: 50 Openings Tamil Speaking: 30 Openings Basic English communication skills required. Eligibility & Requirements Education: PUC / 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream. Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome). Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and active listening skills. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or Collections is an added advantage. Special Advantage: Candidates with DRA Certification will receive a higher salary package.
