Job Summary
The US Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers. The role includes customer communication, lead generation, call documentation, and following assigned process requirements.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.

Communicate with customers in English.

Provide information and assistance according to the assigned process.

Generate leads as required.

Meet assigned call and performance targets.

Record customer and call information in the CRM system.

Follow approved call scripts and process instructions.

Maintain accurate call records.

Follow company policies and quality requirements.
Requirements

Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Ability to communicate with customers over the phone.

Willingness to work a night shift.

Ability to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Previous BPO or voice process experience is an advantage.
Working Hours

Shift timing: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Working days: Monday to Friday.

Weekly offs: Saturday and Sunday.
Salary

₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.

Performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
