Marketing & Sales Executive – Designing Institute
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating student admissions through calling, counselling, field marketing, school/college seminars, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into admissions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the willingness to travel for promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and convert admission leads.
* Conduct seminars and career counselling sessions in schools and colleges.
* Follow up with prospective students and parents.
* Achieve monthly admission targets.
* Maintain enquiry and admission records.
* Represent the institute at events and promotional activities.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in education sales or marketing is preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
* Willingness to travel for field marketing.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
