The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, profitability, quality standards, hygiene, and compliance with company policies. The role involves managing restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and kitchen coordination while leading the F&B team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and control costs.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef for menu planning and promotions.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate F&B staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate banquet and event operations with relevant departments.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 5–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
