-
Create comprehensive assembly drawings showing component interfaces, mechanical connections, and integration with other systems
-
Generate bills of materials (BOMs) with accurate part numbering, material specifications, and revision control
Technical Documentation & Standards Compliance
-
Prepare manufacturing drawings compliant with JIS/ISO/ASME standards and GD&T principles
-
Apply advanced tolerancing to ensure manufacturing feasibility and assembly fit while optimizing cost
-
Document technical specifications, material selections, and manufacturing notes for procurement and shop teams
-
Support design optimization efforts for component efficiency, structural integrity, and manufacturability
-
Respond to manufacturing feedback and coordinate design iterations for problem resolution
Engineering Deliverables
-
Deliver comprehensive design packages including drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical reports
-
Maintain PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and ensure proper documentation archiving
