Job Description – Telesales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads, making outbound calls, explaining the company's services, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain company services and address customer queries.
- Convert leads into business.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain call records and submit daily reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
