Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and management.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), process flow diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze business performance, project profitability, cost trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Projects, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Support feasibility studies, business case development, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions while ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and updated regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Finance, or Analytics is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Experience in the infrastructure, construction and engineering industry will be preferred.

- Strong presentation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
