Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Website Manager role based in Jaipur. The Website Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce website, including updating product listings, collections, and content to ensure accurate, engaging, and search-friendly presentation of jewellery lines. The role involves coordinating with design, production, and sales teams to plan website campaigns, launch new collections, and maintain a consistent brand experience across pages and assets. The Website Manager will monitor site performance, user behavior, and key metrics to identify improvements in navigation, conversion, and customer experience, working closely with technical partners or developers as needed. Daily responsibilities also include managing content workflows, ensuring timely execution of digital merchandising plans, and supporting online initiatives aimed at international markets.
Qualifications
- Strong content management skills, including experience updating product catalogs, collections, and on-site content using a CMS or e-commerce platform.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce operations, such as managing product data, pricing, promotions, and coordinating with operations for inventory and order flow.
- Proficiency in web design fundamentals, with an eye for layout, usability, and visual consistency; familiarity with responsive design and basic UX principles is preferred.
- Ability to use web analytics tools to track traffic, engagement, and conversions, and to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Solid project management skills to plan, prioritize, and coordinate website updates and campaigns across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, IT, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable working with global markets and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands is an advantage, along with basic knowledge of SEO and online
