- Located in the heart of Kolkata i.e. central Kolkata in Park Circus area. (work location when you join)
- Currently selling only 4-5 SKU’s. Looking to expand product range and production.
- We are eager to expand retail outreach and increase sales in Kolkata. That is why we are hiring a sales team.
Job Briefing
Eligibility for the Job
- Bike with a Valid Driving license and updated vehicle registration (RC).
- Sales Experience – 2+ years of relevant FMCG experience (bread industry will be preferred).
- Willing to travel to Park Circus area (job location) in Kolkata.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (and must be born after 1991).
Job Description (goals and objectives)
- Sales Target fulfillment and revenue generation.
- No or Low sales returns.
- Retain retail sale through regular and frequent interactions with prospects.
- Client satisfaction.
- Customer Preference Analysis.
- Constantly learning about business potential in the market, executing necessary strategies to gain advantage from the market research and analysis.
- Retail client Supply chain and Sales Funnel management.
Prospecting and Generating Leads – Converting and Finalizing leads – Client enrollment and Order Taking – Delivery and Supply Management – Client Payment Management and collection – Client Support Management.
