Job Summary
We are hiring a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kottayam. In this role, you will help build powerful digital campaigns that inspire, engage, and deliver measurable business growth across social media and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Strategy: Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Paid Advertising Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) to drive conversions and reach growth targets.
- Social Media Handling: Manage daily operations across all key social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), maintaining brand consistency and active community engagement.
- Content Creation & Graphic Design: Design compelling visual graphics and creative copy utilizing Adobe Photoshop to produce engaging posts, ad creatives, and promotional material.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and generate performance reports to continuously optimize digital strategy.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders using clear, impact-driven communication skills.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in end-to-end Social Media Handling across major platforms.
- Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager for running, targeting, and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
- Demonstrated capability in Content Creation, copy generation, and creative strategy.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop for original visual asset design and image editing.
- Strong background in end-to-end Campaign Planning and digital strategy execution.
- Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal) to present ideas clearly and write engaging marketing copy.
Preferred Experience
- 6 months –3 years of experience in digital marketing or agency environments.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum return on investment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
