Job Overview
We are looking for a Paid Digital Ads Specialist for Google & Meta ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in campaign execution, performance analysis, budget management, and lead generation or e-commerce campaigns. Digital marketing agency experience is preferred for all the candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for campaign assets.
- Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- International projects management experience is preferred
- Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning and optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
