About the Role
Molad Pictures & Creations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Investment Consultants to connect with potential investors for our Film, OTT, Music, Events, and Media projects. We are looking for professionals who can build strong investor relationships and help expand our investor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential investors starting from ₹2 lakh investment capacity to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), business owners, family offices, corporate investors, and investment groups.
- Generate investor leads through networking, referrals, social media, digital marketing, events, seminars, and personal contacts.
- Explain company projects and investment opportunities professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate online and offline investor meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing investors.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and guide investors throughout the investment process.
- Coordinate with the management, legal, and finance teams during investor onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and fundraising targets while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to generate self-sourced investor leads.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of investments, fundraising, finance, or business development will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
