We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1+ year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Digital Campaign Management to help boost business growth digitally. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, website traffic, and generating quality leads through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and business growth.
- Handle Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, link building, and website optimization.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and improve website ranking and traffic using SEO best practices.
- Create and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage company social media platforms and improve online engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for customer engagement.
- Optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for website updates, landing pages, creatives, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new digital growth opportunities.
- Track digital marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, PPC Campaigns, and Paid Marketing.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of website management, WordPress, and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Marketing Automation Tools.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and digital branding.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
