Core Responsibilities
- Team Management: Organize, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including floor supervisors, room attendants, and public area cleaners.
- Quality Control: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, VIP arrivals, and public spaces to ensure strict hotel cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. [1,
- Operations: Manage daily work assignments, distribute floor keys, and update the front office on room status.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and coordinate special requests.
- Budget & Administration: Assist with departmental scheduling, payroll, and budget maintenance
Pay: ₹20,736.74 - ₹30,323.69 per month
