Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- LinkedIn Ads (if required)
- Generate high-quality leads for clients through strategic paid campaigns
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve:
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- Conversion Rate
- Set up conversion tracking using:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (preferred)
- Create campaign reports and present weekly/monthly performance insights
- Work closely with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and funnel improvements
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform algorithm changes
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform
- Good understanding of lead generation funnels
- Knowledge of tracking setup (Pixel, GTM, GA4)
- Experience in remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of landing page optimization
- Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
- Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
- Agency experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
