- Operate and monitor the MEE plant according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Start up, shut down, and regulate evaporator systems safely.
- Monitor process parameters such as:
- Temperature
- Pressure/vacuum
- Steam consumption
- Feed flow rate
- Condensate flow
- Product concentration
- Maintain required evaporation efficiency and product quality.
- Record operational data in logbooks and shift reports.
Equipment Monitoring
- Check pumps, valves, pipelines, heat exchangers, and condensers.
- Monitor boiler steam supply and cooling water systems.
- Identify abnormal conditions such as leaks, scaling, fouling, or equipment malfunction.
Maintenance Support
- Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Assist maintenance teams during breakdowns and plant shutdowns.
- Help with cleaning and descaling of evaporator effects.
Pay: ₹10,215.82 - ₹30,532.08 per month
