About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Manager to oversee organizational performance, operational excellence, leadership development, and business outcomes. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive alignment across teams, optimize processes, strengthen governance frameworks, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Management
- Own operational performance and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Drive organizational alignment by ensuring teams, priorities, and initiatives remain focused on strategic objectives.
- Establish training and leadership development initiatives to strengthen capabilities across the organization.
- Conduct operational reviews and audits to evaluate performance, compliance, and process effectiveness.
- Oversee risk management and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
- Monitor business objectives and drive corrective actions to ensure targets and commitments are achieved.
- Lead grievance management and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Optimize processes, resources, and team structures to improve efficiency and business performance.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, change management, and growth initiatives.
- Drive vision optimization by aligning business strategies, team efforts, and operational initiatives with long-term organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in leadership, operations management, business management, or organizational development.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and driving organizational performance.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and performance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and improve operational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
