*What You'll Do*
* Understand customer requirements and identify whether they are buying for *self-use or investment* .
* Recommend the most suitable properties based on their budget and goals.
* Explain location advantages, connectivity, infrastructure developments, appreciation potential, and future growth prospects.
* Confidently pitch projects and handle customer objections.
* Build trust with customers and encourage them to visit project sites.
* Follow up with leads and support customers throughout their buying journey.
* Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and investment opportunities in Bangalore and Mysore.
*Who We're Looking For*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* *Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi* (ability to communicate confidently in all three languages is preferred).
* Confident body language and a professional personality.
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
* Passion for real estate and helping customers make informed decisions.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
