Job Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, and vendor communication. The position ensures timely availability of materials, seamless order processing, and efficient end-to-end supply chain operations.

Create and manage purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

Source materials as required and coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and quality issues.

Maintain accurate supplier records and performance data.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Perform routine stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

Update inventory databases and ensure accuracy of system records.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with stores.

Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time delivery.

Prepare shipping documents and maintain logistics reports.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory transactions.

Prepare regular supply chain reports (inventory status, order tracking, supplier performance).

Assist in maintaining ERP or supply chain management systems.

Work with production, sales, and warehouse teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely material availability.

Communicate delays, risks, or supply issues to internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,(or equivalent).

1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or similar roles.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain software/tools.
