Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Restaurant Cashier to manage billing operations, process guest payments accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate guest bills accurately using the POS system.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain records of daily transactions and cash collections.
- Reconcile cash drawers and prepare shift-end reports.
- Assist guests with billing-related queries.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems and billing procedures.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
