- Strong hands on experience in Informatica PowerCenter
- Good knowledge of ETL workflows mappings and sessions
- Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Exposure to production support processes Incident Problem Management
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced client facing environment
- Provide L2 L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter pipelines
- Monitor ETL jobs identify failures and ensure timely resolution
- Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures
- Work closely with business stakeholders and upstream downstream teams
- Handle incident problem and change requests via ServiceNow
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Perform Unix level debugging and script execution
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and support documentation
